Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support daily office operations while assisting with basic accounting-related tasks.
This role focuses primarily on office support, with responsibility for assisting in accounting functions such as AP/AR, payment processing, and sales commission tracking. The scope of responsibilities may evolve over time based on experience and performance.
Responsibilities
• Support general office and administrative operations
• Prepare and manage invoices and related documentation
• Assist with Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP / AR)
• Support payment processing and sales commission calculations
• Data entry and internal record management
• Assist management with day-to-day operational support
Qualifications
• Prior office or administrative experience preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting tasks (AP / AR)
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus
• Ability to multitask
• Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
