■ 근무지 :
– Secaucus, NJ
■ 직무명 : Import Operations Manager (Ocean/Air)
■ 업무내용 :
1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, strategic partners, and vendors as it aligns with strategic goals of organization
2. Work closely with team members to identify, measure, and analyze KPIs and key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
3. Provide final approval for all contracts, agreements, and/or pricing related matters
4. Key liaison for high-priority customers to resolve any issues
5. Train new team members, conduct on-the-job shadow training, and continuously monitor development of team members
6. Monitor and maintain monthly and quarterly progress in line with organizational budgetary plans
7. Plan, monitor, and analyze daily and weekly operational import shipments with customer care team and to minimize costs while maximizing output
8. Conduct high-level resource planning and forecasting management decisions
■ 자격요건 :
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
– 4+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain
– 3-4 years of experience of working in multiple operational functions and principles, including, finance, customer service, supply chain, operations (preferred)
– 3+ years in conflict management and business negotiation processes
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
– Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
