IMPORT PRODUCTION
Responsibilities
• Monitor garment construction, specs, and production timelines from sampling to final delivery.
• Work closely with design and sales teams to manage order priorities and resolve issues.
• Review and provide fit comments.
• Communicate with vendors regarding POs, samples, and production status.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in women’s apparel import production.
• Experience with APN and N41 preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
TRADE SHOW SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities
• Assist buyers and present collections at major U.S. trade shows.
• Provide customer service and process orders.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and follow up on orders.
• Use and manage spreadsheets and documents for order entry and reporting.
Qualifications
• 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred (fashion industry a plus).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency.
• Experience with N41 preferred.
• Able to travel to major U.S. trade shows.
• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
ECOMMERCE SALES & MARKETING
Responsibilities
• Handle e-commerce order processing.
• Upload and manage product listings on online platforms.
• Assist in optimizing listings and doing market research to increase online sales and drive traffic to our website.
• Communicate and respond to customer phone calls and emails.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of online sales or e-commerce experience required.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing channels.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
