■ 직무명 : Sales/Business Development Manager
■ 업무내용 :
1. Proactively work with Operations Management and teams to manage and cultivate relationships with existing and new clients, opportunities, and partners (both domestic and overseas)
2. Generate new, qualified opportunities for the company by means of outside sales activities
3. Consult and present services or opportunities that may be beneficial for clients or partners
4. Responsible for engaging with key accounts and clients regarding pricing, service expectations, and strategic planning
5. Negotiate contracts, agreements, and rates with internal and external clients and vendors
6. Analyze market trends to develop pricing strategies that’ll allow the company to make dynamic pricing decisions.
7. Manage and update pricing and contracts with existing and new customers.
■ 자격요건 :
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
–10+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain.
– 10+ years in sales, business development, B2B sales, marketing.
– 10+ years in conflict management, business negotiation and development, and cross- functional planning
– Ability to travel domestically and overseas to meet clients and partners to explore new opportunities
■ 연봉 : $90K~$120K/year (based on experience)
