We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products/services
- Conduct warm calling and emails to generate leads, schedule meetings and orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Generate sales by following up on leads and contacting or sending line sheets to current and potential customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently and creatively.
-Contact and follow up with buyers via phone and email correspondence.
- Process and fulfill Pos
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a technical sales environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Willing to Travel up to 10-12 weeks a year within the US
- Willing to work some weekends for tradeshows
- Excellent organization, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to analyze market data and identify trends
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Proficiency in MS Office and email
- Experience in wholesale apparel a plus
