Company Overview: We are a leading company focused on e-commerce, specializing in the wholesale, import/export market. With a diverse range of products and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Account Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our expanding online presence.
Responsibilities:
Manage and process multiple orders from our Amazon account, including order confirmation and cancellation.
Responsible for printing shipping documents, including carton labels, packing slips, and carrier manifests.
Regularly update and manage inventory, ensuring accuracy in warehouse stock levels.
Understand e-commerce supply chain requirements and adhere to best practices.
Quickly learn and become familiar with the company’s extensive range of products.
Collaborate effectively with team members and comply with company rules and policies.
Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards personal and team improvement, embracing challenges for career advancement.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, e-commerce, wholesale, or import/export sectors.
Experience in the Food & Beverages sector is considered a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; business-related fields are a plus.
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
Strong verbal communication, social skills, and ability to engage effectively with colleagues and clients.
Excellent multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Advanced English writing skills, with the ability to craft unique and interesting product descriptions.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Working Schedule:
Full-time, On-Site: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Compensation:
Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year, based on experience.
