IMPORT DESIGNER

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated designer to join our growing team. As a designer at GLAM, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand through innovative and trend-setting designs.

 

Responsibilities:

Design Conceptualization: Develop and create original designs for our apparel brand, keeping in mind the latest fashion trends, target audience, and brand aesthetic.

Market Research: Stay abreast of current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings to ensure our designs remain relevant and competitive.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, merchandising, production, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded approach to product development.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of5 years of experience as an apparel designer in a similar role

• A degree in Fashion Design is beneficial

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Job Description:

We are seeking a production team member who will play a vital role in supporting the production process of our designs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production cycle.

 

Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Support: Support production activities, including fit evaluation and verifying measurements.

Sample Management: Manage sample development and the approval process, ensuring that samples meet quality and design standards from beginning to end.

SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE

 

SALES ASSOCIATE

Job Description:

We are seeking a sales associate to support various aspects of sales at our permanent showroom and at trade shows. Both channels serve as crucial platforms to showcase our latest collections, make sales, network with buyers, and generate business opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

Sales: Generate sales by following up on leads and contacting or sending line sheets to current and potential customers. 

Networking: Network with industry professionals, buyers, and show representatives to build relationships and promote the company's brand and products.

Sales Prospecting: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for new sales.

Customer Engagement: Greet and interact with customers, providing information about the company's products, services, and brand offerings.

Exhibit Coordination: Assist in coordinating the logistics of trade show exhibits, including temp management, booth setup, product displays, and promotional materials.

Event Support: Provide on-site support during the trade shows, including assisting with booth setup and breakdown, managing traffic flow, and addressing attendee inquiries.

 

Qualifications:

• Must have a proven track record of success in apparel sales

• Strong verbal communication skills to engage with customers and represent the company professionally

• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and details involved in trade show planning and execution

• Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in exhibit setup, product displays, and attendee interactions

• Must be able to travel for 12 trade shows (5 Dallas, 5 Atlanta, 2 Las Vegas)

 

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Job Description:

We are seeking a customer service manager to oversee and ensure exceptional customer service experience for clients. Your role will involve managing a team of customer service representatives, implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and resolving any issues or complaints effectively. 

 

Responsibilities:
