요구 사항
- 한국어와 영어에 능통하여 한국 고객과 효과적으로 소통할 수 있어야 합니다.
- 강력한 영업 감각과 회사 내 리드를 마감하고 고객 및 내부 팀원들과 효과적이고 명확하게 소통할 수 있는 능력.
- 독립적으로 일하고 시간을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 능력.
- 개인 신용에 대한 높은 이해와 경험이 있으면 좋지만 필수는 아닙니다.
책임:
- 주요 연락 창구 역할을 수행하며 고객과 소통하고, 신용 회복에 필요한 사항을 파악하고, 맞춤형 솔루션을 제공합니다.
- 독립적으로 일하며 100% 회사에서 제공한 리드를 활용하여 일정과 가용성을 관리합니다.
- 미리 예약된 시간 내에 리드를 마감하고 고객에게 신용 회복 프로세스에 대해 알립니다.
- 필요한 서류를 CRM 시스템에 업로드합니다.
- 필요한 경우 신용 조사 기관의 고객 지원 부서와 기술적인 문제에 대해 원활하게 소통할 수 있도록 번역자 역할을 수행합니다.
- 필요에 따라 결제에 대한 후속 조치를 수행합니다.
보상(100% 수수료 기반):
- 회사에서 확보한 리드에 대해: 종가의 20% 수수료.
- 자체 생성 리드의 경우: 종가의 30% 수수료.
유연성: 자신의 스케줄에 맞춰 일하세요. 이 직책은 파트타임으로 일할 수 있습니다.
무료 리드: 자격을 갖춘 리드에 액세스할 수 있습니다. 고객이 지정된 시간 동안 약속을 잡을 수 있도록 일정/가능 시간을 제공해야 합니다.

Company overview:

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated bilingual credit repair salesperson who is fluent in Korean and English.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Korean and English to communicate effectively with Korean customers.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to close leads within the company and to communicate effectively and clearly to clients as well as internal team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong understanding and experience of personal credit is preferred but, not required.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact, connect with customers, understand their credit repair needs, and provide customized solutions.
- Work independently and utilize 100% company-sourced leads to manage schedule and availability.
- Close leads during pre-scheduled time and inform clients about the credit repair process.
- Upload required documentation to the CRM system.
- Act as a translator, if needed, to facilitate communication with the credit bureau's customer support department on technical issues.
- Follow up on payments, as needed.
Compensation (100% commission-based):
- For company-sourced leads: 20% commission of the closing price.
- For self-generated leads: 30% commission of the closing price.
Flexible: Work on your own schedule. This position can be part-time.
Free Leads: Access to qualified leads. Must provide your schedule/availability for clients to schedule appointments during those specified hours.
Training and support: Comprehensive training is provided along with ongoing support, development and growth opportunities.
