Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee filling and packaging operations in a dynamic cosmetics manufacturing environment. This role requires expertise in managing production workflows, operating and maintaining machinery, and ensuring high-quality output. Candidates with a strong background in cosmetics manufacturing and equipment maintenance are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Filling Operations:
- Manage and oversee filling processes for various cosmetic products, including gels, creams, waxes, and glues.
- Operate, set up, and maintain filling machines and related production equipment.
- Optimize production efficiency through effective equipment setup and adjustments.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Packaging Operations:
- Oversee the setup and operation of automatic packaging machines, including labeling, sealing, and cartoning equipment.
- Ensure packaging processes are optimized for quality and efficiency.
- Perform regular maintenance and address technical issues with packaging machinery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cosmetics manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Hands-on experience with filling machines and other production equipment.
- Background in machinery maintenance is highly preferred.
- Expertise in setting up and operating filling and packaging machinery.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
