Amazon Manager and DTF Printing Specialist Full/Part Time (OC, Buena Park)

We're currently expanding our team and have exciting opportunities for Amazon Coordinators and DTF Printing Specialists. Positions Available:
1. Amazon Account Manager (Full Time or Part Time)
As an Amazon Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in managing our product listings on Amazon, ensuring they are attractive, accurate, and optimized for sales. You'll also handle customer inquiries, returns, and coordinate closely with our E-Commerce team to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
Creating and managing product listings on Amazon and other online platforms.
Overseeing customer service, including handling returns and responding to customer inquiries.
Collaborating with the E-Commerce and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance our online presence and sales.
Requirements:
Previous experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, and proficiency in Photoshop.
Excellent communication skills and bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Working Hours:
Full-time: 7:30AM – 4PM, Monday – Friday.
Part-time: Flexible, but must be available at least 3 days per week, including Mondays.

2. DTF Printing Specialist
DTF (Direct to Film) printing is at the forefront of textile customization technology. As a DTF Printing Specialist, you will operate advanced DTF printing machinery, engage with customers to fulfill their printing needs, and collaborate with the E-Commerce team to ensure a seamless production flow.
Main Responsibilities:
Operating and maintaining DTF printing equipment, with an opportunity for training.
Consulting with customers via email or phone to understand and meet their printing requirements.
Working closely with the E-Commerce team to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

Requirements:
Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Previous experience in digital or DTG printing is highly regarded.
Bilingual in Korean and English.
Working Hours:
Full-time: 7:30AM – 4PM, Monday – Friday.
Part-time: Flexible, but must be available at least 3 days per week, including Mondays.
