About Us:
Banchani is a fast-growing restaurant marketing agency specializing in online ordering
infrastructure, delivery platform optimization, and digital presence management. We work
closely with restaurants—especially Korean-owned businesses—to grow their sales and
streamline their operations.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and bilingual (Korean/English) Restaurant Marketing Sales
Representative to help us expand our client base in LA and Orange County. If you know the ins
and outs of the restaurant world and love helping businesses grow, this is for you.
Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to restaurant owners in your territory
Present our services and conduct initial audits
Build strong relationships with potential clients
Close deals and onboard new restaurants
Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth handoff post-sale
Requirements:
Prior restaurant industry experience (front of house, back of house, or management)
Proven sales experience, especially B2B or service-based
Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
Access to a reliable mode of transportation
Great communicator and self-starter
Familiarity with delivery apps (UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub) a plus
Compensation:
Base monthly salary (part-time)
Performance-based commission on each deal closed
Flexible hours and territory-based freedom
