Position Overview
Nines Media is seeking a full time Social Media Marketing Director to lead content strategy, creative execution, and platform growth across multiple active brands.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in social media marketing, content creation, and brand development who is ready to take ownership within a fast moving and growth focused environment.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, proactive, and understands both the creative and operational side of marketing. This position involves everything from campaign planning and content production to team leadership and platform strategy.
One week may involve directing short form campaigns for a restaurant launch, while another may focus on beauty brands, creator collaborations, or live brand activations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute social media strategies across multiple brand accounts
- Oversee content production including planning, filming, editing, publishing, and campaign execution
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity and growth goals
- Manage content calendars, production schedules, and campaign timelines
- Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns for engagement and growth
- Lead and support content creators and marketing staff
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams on campaigns and activations
- Maintain strong brand voice and audience engagement across platforms
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and conversational proficiency in Korean preferred
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
- Strong proficiency in filming, editing, and short form video production
- Experience managing or leading creative teams
- Strong understanding of digital trends, platform growth, and audience engagement
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
