We are seeking a creative and experienced Import Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong fashion sense, technical design
knowledge, and the ability to develop trend driven collections from concept through production.

Tea N Rose is an established women’s apparel wholesale company based in Los Angeles, focused on strong customer relationships, quality product development, and long term growth. We are a fashion forward and professional team seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a fast paced environment and are excited to grow within the wholesale apparel industry. Our company values reliability, teamwork, professionalism, and building lasting partnerships both internally and with our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Research and forecast fashion trends and market direction
• Design new styles, color stories, prints, and patterns
• Create sketches, CADs, tech packs, and fit comments
• Review samples and communicate fit comments to import vendors and buyers
• Collaborate closely with sales, production, and vendors
• Manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Import Designer
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, fabrics, and production
• Experience creating fit comments for import vendors and buyers
• Detail oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
• AA or BA degree in Fashion Design or equivalent experience required
• Bilingual in Korean preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
