■ 채용분야 : Accounting Associate
■ 직무내용 :
1. Handle daily accounting and financial operations, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
2. Maintain accurate accounting records and support proper bookkeeping practices.
3. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
4. Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) processes.
5. Monitor customer and vendor payments, deposits, and settlements.
6. Calculate and process employee payroll accurately and on schedule.
7. Manage employee leave tracking, vacation balances, and related reconciliations.
8. Perform banking-related tasks, including payments, deposits, and reconciliations.
■ 자격요건 :
– 최소 3년 이상 경력자 채용
– 학사 이상
– QuickBooks (QB) 및 FB 회계 프로그램 같은 회계 소프트웨어 실무 경력
– Green Card, Citizen 지원 가능
■ 연봉 : $80K~$90K/year
