Overview:
• We are looking to add a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong desire to succeed. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new markets, products, and partnerships.
• As Ecommerce is one of our biggest areas of focus and growth, this position has the most potential for advancement within the company. The right candidate that we’re looking for is comfortable challenging themselves and others and willing to grow on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:
• Business development duties, such as, identifying new markets, products, and partnerships
• Understand and utilize Ecommerce supply chain and logistics requirements and best practices
• Negotiate new contracts and close sales leads
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends
• Provide analysis on market potential and feasibility studies
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Travel frequently on international business trips
• Coordinate and able to attend evening international conference calls with companies in Asia for trans-border business development

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
• 2+ years in Ecommerce, plus Ecommerce logistics, wholesale or import/export
• Fluent in English and Korean
• Experienced/knowledgeable about supply chain management process (Import/Export/Custom Clearance/Last Mile Delivery/3PL)
• Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with company employees and follow company guidelines and protocol
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel mandatory), computer savvy
• Excellent organizational and research skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Korean
• Proven experience in sales with strong communication skills
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, friendly, personable, active listening skills
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Interest in marketing and international trade
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be eligible to travel in Korea or abroad
