Job Description:
As an Online Marketer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving sales. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Following up on sales, particularly on the Amazon platform.
Maintaining and updating the Home Page of our website to ensure a visually appealing and user-friendly experience.
Managing product images and graphics, ensuring they are high-quality and optimized for maximum impact.
Collaborating with cross-functional operational teams and sales teams.
Analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or related field.
Previous experience in e-commerce sales and/or website maintenance preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva (it is a plus).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
