주로 한국, 미국에 계시는 고객들과의 미국 부동산 관련 투자상담, 계약체결, property showing 참여 등이 주업무입니다.
업무의 성격 상 회사 내 외국인들과의 소통이 필요하므로 초중급 수준의 영어능력 필요합니다.
컴퓨터 워드, 엑셀, 파워포인트 쓰실줄 아셔야 합니다.
Salary: $3,500 - per month

Accounting
General Responsibilities :
Bookkeeping with QuickBooks
Reconciling Bank and Credit Cards accounts
Process A/R, A/P for affiliated companies
Post daily transactions to the KRE Management System by project.
Qualifications :
Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in accounting with QuickBooks
Preferred experience in accounting for Real Estate, Rental Management, and Retail businesses.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc) and Google docs
Good Communication skills in both Korean and English or Spanish
Well organized and Ability to complete tasks by deadline.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $4,000 - per month (Depending on experience).
