We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's Amazon.com storefront, ensuring that our products are accurately listed, competitively priced, and well-represented on the platform.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the company's Amazon.com storefront, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
-Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales performance.
-Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
-Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for ecommerce initiatives.
-Stay up-to-date with ecommerce trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our Amazon strategy.
Requirements:
-Preferred: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
-2+ years of experience in ecommerce, with a focus on Amazon.com.
-Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
-Experience with Amazon Advertising and other ecommerce marketing channels.
-Eligible to work in the US.
