What is POL Clothing: POL Clothing is a wholesale manufacturer of apparel goods or more commonly
identified as a clothing brand. Our business is conducted on a B2B level, where we function as a

Who are we looking to hire: The applicant must be a high effort, hard-working and self-motivated
individual who can seamlessly adapt to the dynamic work arrangements. This individual must also be
reliable and successfully execute all responsibilities whilst aligning to POL Clothing's ever-moving targets
and goals.

Role/Position to Fill:
 E-Comm Content/Product Specialist
Role/Position Requirements and/or Preferences:
 Strong computer oriented skills and/or background
 High aptitude for product data maintenance/product data housekeeping/data integrity
 Comprehensive understanding of online marketplace activities and behaviors
 Basic logic fundamentals in conjunction with product data and associated responsibilities
 Moderate to strong problem solving skills
 General administrative skills
 Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
 Strong organizational skills
 Moderate to strong interpersonal skills
 Punctuality and time management skills
 Detail focused, can adapt to work dynamic work needs, highly productive and responsive
 Must be fluent in English
 Must be able to travel domestically ranging anywhere from 1-3 weeks at a time
 Must be able to work legally in the United States

Role/Position Primary Responsibilities:
 Coordinate with E-Comm management on product data assignments/tasks to ensure timely
product deliverables across all online marketplaces and selling touchpoints, including POL
Clothing's direct site
 Utilize and leverage product performance metrics or sales data to maximize product selling
opportunities
 Prioritize daily product data audits to ensure all products (product descriptions, thumbnail and
product detail images, purchasing variants such as colors or sizing, applicable ETA dates, etc.) are
in most opportune positions for user engagement. Also includes thorough review of product
pages, product placement within categorical pages, information structure and format, sequential
image placement, availability based on current or future inventory, product navigation,
activation, deactivation and beyond.
 Consistently audit surface level user-end pages and ensure web pages are loading efficiently,
report and rectify any inconsistencies, review all purchasing action functions/buttons such as add
or remove, add to cart, check-out and beyond are in operational order
 Synchronize and arrange product assortments in response to seasonal, promotional or schedule
adjustments as needed
 Uphold brand reputation expressed digitally across all commerce sites and structure product
information allowing and driving customer-centric objectives
 Become familiar with POL Clothing's aesthetic and leverage product knowledge through in-house
training to provide products best selling opportunities digitally
 Master any and all CMS functions across all online marketplaces and maximize buyer engagement
through application of available marketing tools where allowed (email campaigns, ad purchases,
etc.). In conjunction with CMS functions, ensure comprehension and 'behavior' of online
marketplaces in relation to user behaviors for highest product visibility and opportunity
 Assist in photoshoot pre-production, preparation and post-production tasks.
 Collaborate with teams to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
 Own your daily, weekly and monthly task timelines and deliver completed successes of each
timeline/task
 Gain product knowledge familiarity to engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities online
and at markets
 Identify and maximize selling opportunities throughout customer's purchasing journey

 Continuous aim in driving excellent results across all company-based key performance areas
 Deliver, implement and exercise punctual communications within teams and with management
 Be prepared and become adaptable to ever-evolving dynamic work needs when called upon
 Ensure that all tasks and efforts aligns to company vision, goals and mission

Standard and Expected Work Hours:
 This is a full time position
 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
 Overtime (subject to workloads)
