Allstate Engineering is looking for professional, goal-oriented, and team player to join our growing and exciting team. Responsibilities:
- Enter and verify accuracy of daily bookkeeping and data entry
- Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable
- Periodic Financial Reports and Statements
- Perform various accounting and administrative duties
The candidate should have the following qualifications:
- At least 2-3 Years of accounting/ bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency at Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in English
- Good communication skills- verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
