*QUALIFICATIONS.
1. Responsible in creating full Tech Pack Development including POM’s. (Point of Measurement)
2. Knows how to measure garment and create specs with Grading Sheet.
3. Strong command in Apparel Technical Terminology both verbal and written.
4. Familiarity in Dresses is a must, other Apparel categories experienced is a plus factor.
5. Knows Fabric behavior and characteristics both in Woven and Knits.
6. Fabric Shrinkage and Testing know how a plus factor is, if not must be willing to learn.
7. Knowledge in Garment Construction is an advantage but not a necessity.
8. Pattern Experience an advantage.
9. Flat Sketching is part of the job, must know how to use Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop (Software).
10. Cross functional work and communication with other departments including Fitting preparations and Sample Room coordination and others.
11. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel requires T/P (files) saving in the system.
12. Take on additional tasks are delegated.
13. Excellent working Attitude and willingness to learn and be supervised is a must.
*Requirement :
+ 2 years of related technical experience.
Experienced with Adobe Illustrator.
Exceptional verbal, written and organizational skills.
Attention to details and time schedules are a must.
Must be able to take direction as well as participate within a team.
Flexible with hours due to fitting schedules and Skyping with factory when needed.
Understanding of patterns, sewing construction, and Gerber a plus, but not required.
Salary : $47K -$53K
