Import/Export Logistics Coordinator - Full Time (Experienced)
Responsibilities and Duties but not limited to:
• Min 2 years of Freight Forwarding (NVOCC) working experience REQUIRED.
• Process and manage import shipments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers as well as vendors.
• Arrange and co-ordinate with customers for customs clearance and door delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work well in a team environment and assist other co-workers when needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without VISA sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Punctual, Detail oriented, professionalism is a must.
• Bilingual Korean is a plus.
Inside Sales – Full Time (Entry-Level)
Responsibilities and Duties but not limited to:
• Establishing customer base by cold calling, proceeding with quotations and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
• Developing relationships with customers and generating new business.
• Visiting existing and potential customers.
• Achieves assigned sales targets.
• Maintaining and updating (minimum weekly) our CRM system
• Candidate must possess strong mathematical skills and knowledge of basic cost for all freight forwarding products including air / ocean / domestic trucking / import and export.
• Candidate must possess high motivation and diligent work ethics.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without VISA sponsorship.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Keen sense for business relationship development with a clear “go getter” mentality.
• Exceptional call handling skills & phone etiquette.
• Multitasking and time management.
• Must have driver license.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
• Bilingual Korean or Chinese is a plus.
Salary
Experienced Logistics Coordinator: Salary $42,000 - $54,000
Inside Sales (Entry – Level): $45,000 - $52,000
