IMPORT PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Responsibilities:- Support production activities, including fit comments and verifying measurements.- Manage sample development and the approval process, ensuring that samples meet quality and design standards from beginning to end.- Participate in quality control inspections to identify and address any defects or discrepancies in finished garments.
Qualifications:- Minimum 1 years of experience in China/Vietnam production- Comprehensive understanding of the apparel production processes, including garment construction, manufacturing techniques, and quality standards- Intermediate computer skills (Excel, word, email)
Starting $25 per hour (based on experience)SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVEResponsibilities:- Client Management – maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.- Sales Strategy- develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and company goals.- Track sales performances, prepare reports, and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement- Provide guidance to other departments and share practices in order to help one another
*May include traveling to other states to help with trade shows*
Qualifications:- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B Sales, management experience preferred- Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills- Comprehensive understanding of the apparel production processes- Intermediate computer skills (Excel, word, email)
Starting $80,000 annual (based on experience)
