1. In-House Sales Rep
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative. This individual will be responsible for capturing new business within the Women’s Apparel markets. The Sales Representative will be responsible for working with buyers, onboarding new business, and building long-term, strategic relationships. 

Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities to provide a foundation for continuous upward sales trends while 
   meeting profitability objectives
 Create compelling sales presentations and product assortments for accounts
 Consistently research assigned accounts and the market to identify opportunities to grow or expand
 Formulate and execute seasonal sales plans, including managing profitability of the account
 Manage all customer-related activities, including order maintenance and confirmations
 Track retail selling weekly to discover new opportunities for re-orders and go-forward strategies and share internally 
   as well
 Work with Design and Production teams on special cut opportunities
 Travel to customers and attend trade shows as needed
 Identify, develop, and foster key relationships at executive and buyer levels with new customers
 Interface directly with the customer decision-makers to obtain quoting opportunities
 Manage relationships and ensure timely responses to customer questions and action requests
 Act as a liaison between customer and internal departments to ensure all customer expectations are 
   communicated understood and met throughout the organization
 Communicate with buyers daily on recent quote submissions, inquiries, obtaining new quotes, and 
   developing customer relationships
 Develop strategic plans and support competitive analyses 

Qualifications:
 5+ years’ experience in the acquisition and execution environment within the Women’s Apparel industry. 
   Possesses relationships with buyers across customers.
• Has a strong established network with Women’s Apparel industry customers and potential partners.
• Able to successfully build opportunities and pipelines and achieve a solid win rate.
• In-depth knowledge of markets.
• Experience evaluating new business opportunities.
• Has the personal and professional skill to successfully interface with a wide range of people including 
   customers, project managers, functional department managers, and peers to address complex situations.
• Experience both written and verbal, with public speaking and frequent interactions with senior-level management.
• High energy and sense of urgency to meet internal and external customer expectations. 

Education and Experience:
• Required: BA in Business or related field.

2. Data Entry Associate 

Responsibilities:
 Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person, by telephone, or by email
 Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies
 Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to 
    interested parties
 Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance
 Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features 
   and benefits
 Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions they may have
 Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization or by outside entities
 Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
 Must be able to work in a team environment and take directions well
 Basic data entry and organization using Excel
 Work and communicate with vendors on a frequent basis
 Keep workspace well organized
 Other tasks may be assigned as familiarity with company procedures grows 

Qualifications:
 1+ years of previous customer service experience a plus
 Friendly and welcoming manner with clients and other members of the customer service team
 Extensive knowledge of the company's policies, procedures, goods and services
 Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers
 Strong command of written and verbal English and Spanish
 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
 Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
 Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any
 Spanish / English preferred but not requirement
 Basic computer skills using email and Microsoft Excel
 Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment
 Must be punctual and well organized
 Follows directions well, but also works well with little to no supervision 

Preferred:
 1~2 years of experience in garment manufacturing industry preferred 

Education and Experience:
 High School Diploma or equivalent

3. Fashion Designer 

  (1) Fashion Designer

    - 2~3년 유경험자 (Garment construction & Fashion design )

    - Support the Lead Designer in all areas of design

    - Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Illustrator 숙련자

    - Must be an expert at creating tech packs

 

  (2) ​Assistant Fashion Designer

    - 0 ~ 1년 정도 유경험자

    - Multi-faceted, detail-oriented, & highly organized individual

    - Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop 숙련자

    - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

5. Order Processor - 1 POSITION AVAILABLE
 e-Commerce order process & follow up (PREFERRED 2ND SHIFT 12 TO 9 PM OR PART TIME WILL BE AVAILABLE; EX) 
   5 PM TO 9 PM)
 Assist with updating and maintaining marketplace platforms with merchandise listings
 Excellent communication skills in English
• Well organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• No experience needed, but experience in the fashion industry is a plus
