Social Media Marketing Coordinator
In this role, you will be the primary brand voice on social media. This person will be the main communication with our online community—so a friendly personality and fashion knowledge is key! The ideal candidate is active on all major social platforms especially Instagram.

We are looking for a forward-thinking Social Media Coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company, As a Social Media Coordinator, you will develop original content and maintain our brand presence as well as moderate virtual customer engagement. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 •  Help develop marketing programs and goals, that support our sales team
 •  Manage daily posting schedule of all Brand Social Media accounts
 •  Take a leadership role in the strengthening of our brand image
 •  Establish a scalable content strategy and calendar for all the different platforms:
 •  Research and report audience preferences and discover current trends
 •  Collaborate with partners to create, write and develop engaging text, image, and video content
 •  Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts target groups
 •  Create and maintain social media marketing plan and editorial calendar for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok
 •  Drive organic web traffic awareness through strategic use of social media platforms and blog posts
 •  Design posts to sustain buyers curiosity and create buzz around our brand
 •  Establish a best practices process for the company, and all customers who might engage those platforms: 
     When and how to post, etc.
 •  Track engagement, and audience development; analyze the impact of traffic-driving and audience building 
     activities, and report tracking weekly
 •  SEO knowledge is a plus

HR Manager/Office Manager
Requirements:
 •  Bachelor’ Degree in Human Resources or related business field
 •  6+ years’ experience in a human resources supervisory position
 •  Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale
 •  Comprehensive understanding of local, state and federal employment laws
 •  Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
 •  Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies

Import Designer Assistant
Requirements: 
•  Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
•  Degree in fashion Design or at least 2 years of related work experience.
•  Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft office
•  Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
•  Must be a team player.
•  Bilingual a Plus (Korean, English)

Import Designer
Requirements: 
 •  Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
 •  Degree in fashion Design and at least 5 years work experience.
 •  Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft office
 •  Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
 •  Must be a team player.

Personal Assistant
 •  Experience with calendar management, international/domestic travel arrangements and scheduling, handling 
     phone and email correspondence and general administrative duties.
 •  Calendar management and scheduling of conference calls, business meetings and personal related appointments.
 •  Controlled calendar management, arranged domestic travel for both personal & business accounts.
 •  Performed heavy calendar management, reconciled and submitted monthly reports.
 •  Bilingual – Korean and English

Graphic Designer
Requirements: 
 •  Ensure that our creative assets remain cutting edge and steps ahead of our competition
 •  Working with the Creative Director, deliver beautiful, high-caliber designs that support our merchandising, 
      marketing and email initiatives
 •  Participate in a positive, productive and creative work environment
 •  Lead projects and collaborate with team members
 •  Work collaboratively with members of the Sales /Marketing team
 •  Contribute to elevating the overall aesthetic and development of our brands and digital guidelines
 •  Web Design experience, fashion and e-commerce experience ideal
 •  Photo Shoot / Editing photo.
 •  Experience in Shopify platform
 •  Solid knowledge of composition, color theory and incredible attention to detail
 •  Demonstrated talent for creative concept, ability to clearly communicate design decisions to others and
