1. HR Generalist
  Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of appropriate HR solutions aligned with overall business direction
- Payroll processing with ADP payroll software
- Support and influence business on labor compliance matters
- Manage complex employee relations issues and handle investigation; perform various disciplinary actions up 
   to termination if necessary in a timely, professional manner
- Handle legal issues
- Process recruiting and termination process legally and effectively
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations when assisting in the creation of policies and procedures
- Raising proactive issues with managers, identifying practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues 
   and recommending appropriate action plans
- Perform other duties as assigned

  Minimum Qualifications
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Able to multitask and flexible
- Ability to handle unexpected situation and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- 2 to 3 years experience in a related field or BA in relevant study
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Computer literacy, including ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Fluent in English and Korean

2. Administrative Assistant
  Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage overall company assets, including properties and equipments
- Facilitate special events and execution
- Order office supplies and monitor inventories
- Troubleshoot equipment problem/Schedule repair service
- Assist other departments in administrative related tasks
- Data entry and record keeping
- General office work
- Perform other duties as assigned

  Minimum Qualifications
- Able to multitask and flexible
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Computer literacy, including ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Fluent in English and Korean

3. Senior Accountant
  Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accounting records related in accordance with GAAP
- Address employee and vendor inquiries regarding payments
- Preparing financial statements including balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows
- Perform various general accounting functions such as account reconciliations, and special reports
- Record semi-monthly payroll and payroll tax expenses
- Record inter-company transactions among branches across U.S., Europe, and Asia
- Check for proper expense and revenue accruals
- Report quarterly revenue reports for tax reporting purposes
- Renew business licenses and permits
- Assist in month end close activities
- Assist in consolidating financial statements
- Support external auditors for interim and year-end audit
- Perform other duties as assigned

  Minimum Qualifications
- Korean Fluency
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent verbal/ written/ representational communication skills
- Motivated, self-starter that takes initiative with the ability to anticipate needs as they arise and goal oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to responsibly handle highly confidential and sensitive information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Proficiency with Quickbook
- Bachelor's Degree (Accounting, Finance or associated field)

4. Accounting Assistant
  Duties & Responsibilities
- Review account receivables and payables
- Prepare and maintain accounting records related to complex business transactions and accounting areas
- Address employee and vendor inquiries regarding payments
- Oversee the maintenance of departmental records and the generation and balancing of transaction reports
- Balance daily reports; prepare income reports and statistics
- Monitor receipt of all income and analyze organizational financial commitments and bank balances
- Perform various general accounting functions such as account reconciliations, special reports, etc
- Prepare monthly financial reports and inventory status.
- Record bimonthly payroll and payroll tax expenses
- Create intercompany transactions among branches across U.S., Europe, and Asia
- Check for proper expense and revenue accruals
- Report quarterly revenue reports for tax reporting purposes

  Minimum Qualifications
- Korean Fluency
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent verbal/ written/ representational communication skills

5. Business Relationship Specialist
  Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and execute marketing programs that support and recruit new affiliates
- Maintain strong relationship with the affiliates and serve as liaison between businesses
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Company's vision and strategy
- Work on strategic and complete market analysis
- Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes 
   its short, medium and long-term profitability
- Develop contacts and business relationships among medium to high net worth individuals
- Perform other duties as assigned

  Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in related fields (Business Relationship, E-Commerce, IT, Affiliate, etc)
- Excellent written, verbal communications, and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
- Strong information gathering and information monitoring abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and an computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

6. Communications Coordinator
  Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate (often translate), track and measure requests given and received across global teams to ensure tasks 
   and projects are effectively being completed
- Pull and present data that help us make key decisions
- Work closely with Marketing and Partnerships to make sure our merchant campaigns are successful
- Assist in research and development of new projects ranging from contacting potential partners to collecting existing data
- Maintains healthy relationships with business operations partners by providing support, information, and guidance
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards
- Other administrative duties as assigned

  Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Communications or equivalent work experience
- Confident working with data in Excel
- Passionate for organization and presentation
- Goal and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal/ written/ presentational communication skills

  Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant field experience preferred 
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiency

- Confident both speaking and writing
- Fluent in English and Korean
- Previous experience in general merchandise and marketplace(Amazon, Ebay, etc.) a plus 

8. Data Entry
  Duties & Responsibilities
- Handles online customer service
- Manages online product inventory using Point of Sales (POS)
- Perform other duties as assigned

  Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
- Highly organized and detail-oriented personality
- Computer literacy, including ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop a plus
- Fluent in Korean

9. Warehouse Sr. Associate 
  Duties & Responsibilities
- Confirm number and status of merchandise
- Log tracking information
- Maintain safe and clean work environment
- Assist manager in daily warehouse tasks
- Direct warehouse staffs in sorting items on racks and shelves according to warehouse standards
- Perform other duties as assigned

  Minimum Qualifications
- Able to multitask and flexible
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to inspect, pack and lift items over 10 lbs
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
