1. HR Generalist
      Duties & Responsibilities
     - Support the implementation of appropriate HR solutions aligned with overall business direction
     - Payroll processing with ADP payroll software
     - Support and influence business on labor compliance matters
     - Manage complex employee relations issues and handle investigation; perform various disciplinary actions up to termination 
         if necessary in a timely, professional manner
     - Handle legal issues
     - Process recruiting and termination process legally and effectively
     - Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations when assisting in the creation of policies and procedures
     - Raising proactive issues with managers, identifying practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues and 
         recommending appropriate action plans
     - Perform other duties as assigned

      Minimum Qualifications
     - Able to maintain confidentiality
     - Able to multitask and flexible
     - Ability to handle unexpected situation and adapt quickly to changing priorities
     - 2~3 years experience in a related field or BA in relevant study
     - Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
     - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
     - Computer literacy, including ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
     - Fluent in English and Korean

2. Senior Accountant
      Duties & Responsibilities
     - Prepare and maintain accounting records related in accordance with GAAP
     - Address employee and vendor inquiries regarding payments
     - Preparing financial statements including balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows
     - Perform various general accounting functions such as account reconciliations, and special reports
     - Record semi-monthly payroll and payroll tax expenses
     - Record inter-company transactions among branches across U.S., Europe, and Asia
     - Check for proper expense and revenue accruals
     - Report quarterly revenue reports for tax reporting purposes
     - Renew business licenses and permits
     - Assist in month end close activities
     - Assist in consolidating financial statements
     - Support external auditors for interim and year-end audit
     - Perform other duties as assigned

      Minimum Qualifications
     - Korean Fluency
     - 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
     - Must reside within driving distance of the company
     - Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent verbal/ written/ representational communication skills
     - Motivated, self-starter that takes initiative with the ability to anticipate needs as they arise and goal oriented
     - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
     - Ability to responsibly handle highly confidential and sensitive information
     - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
     - Proficiency with Quickbook
     - Bachelor's Degree (Accounting, Finance or associated field)

3. Business Development Specialist

      Duties & Responsibilities
     - Plan, develop and execute marketing programs that support and recruit new affiliates
     - Maintain strong relationship with the affiliates
     - Report issues and trends in E-commerce/IT industries to the manager on a daily basis
     - Contribute to the development and refinement of Company's vision and strategy
     - Work on strategic and completive market analysis
     - Prepare customized research study
     - Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its 
         short, medium and long-term profitability
     - Develop, review, and report on the business development division's strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are 
         well understood and executed by the team
     - Develop contacts and business relationships among medium to high net worth individuals
     - Perform other duties as assigned

      Minimum Qualifications
     - 5+ years of experience in related fields (Business Development, E-Commerce, IT, Affiliate, etc
     - Excellent written and verbal communications skills
     - Excellent presentation skills
     - Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
     - Resourcefulness in solving problems
     - Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
     - Strong Organizational skills and keen attention to detail
     - Strong information gathering and information monitoring abilities
     - Superior professionalism and judgment
     - Strong work ethic
     - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and an computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
     - A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is PLUS
     - Fluent in English and Korean

4. Partnerships Coordinator
      Duties & Responsibilities
     - Plan, develop and execute programs in support of new customer/ partner acquisition
     - Identifies business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating advertiser position in the industry; researching and 
         analyzing sales options
     - Maintains relationships with partners by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending 
         new opportunities
     - Participates in all meetings assigned to (including the daily, weekly, other teams meetings as well as conference calls, and 
         client meetings as required)
     - Work cross-functionally with other department team members to achieve similar goals
     - Trains other team members when appropriate
     - Compile reports from affiliate networks and admin as necessary
     - Perform other duties as assigned

      Minimum Qualifications
     - 2-3 years of relevant experience
     - Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent verbal/ written/ presentational communication skills

     - Familiarity in consumer e-commerce, website development, technical skills
     - Experience with affiliate marketing networks is a plus (CJ, Rakuten, Pepperjam, Impact Radius, eBay Partners, Amazon etc.)
     - Fluent in English and Korean

5. Buyer - Entry Level
      Duties & Responsibilities
     - ​Execute market analysis
     - ​Product research and development
     - ​Manage key accounts
     - Establish relationship with vendors
     - Monitor inventory and data
     - ​Perform conference calls and meetings

      Minimum Qualifications
     - Relevant field experience preferred
     - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiency
     - Strong teamwork required
     - Adjust to fast-paced, dynamic environment
     - Computer literacy, including ability to use MS Office
     - Confident both speaking and writing
     - ​Fluent in English and Korean
