SALES ASSISTANT
• No previous experience required
• Updates manager by consolidating, analyzing daily actions and summaries
• Maintain customer databases by inputting customer profiles and updates
• Provide excellent customer care by following up and answering customer requests and questions
• Provide product, promotion, and pricing information to customers
• Detail oriented and organized
• Strong interpersonal skills and work as a team player
ASSOCIATE DESIGNER
• 5+ Years of experience with denim
• Identifies the latest trends in clothing and discusses with senior designer.
• Advanced knowledge of garment construction and fit
• Knowledge in fabrics and ability to design within cost parameters
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a must
• Strong ability to multi task and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership skills; result oriented
DESIGNER ASSISTANT
• 2+ Years of experience with denim
• Assist and take directions from Associate and Senior Designers
• Create inspection
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products
QC
• 3+ Years of quality control inspection experience in garment industry
• Set up and maintain control and documentation procedures
• Monitor factory and supplier performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
• Create inspection report and send to the production team
• Experience with measuring garment specs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
• No previous experience necessary
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Team player with ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
CUSTOMER SERVICE
• 2+ years of experience
• Assist customers via phone calls emails regarding sales, placing orders, order confirmation,
product & promotion questions, shipping status, etc.
• Following up with customer and order related concerns ina timely manner
• Possess exceptional communication skills and must be detail oriented and highly organized
• Team player with ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
ㅍProficient in Microsoft Office
AMAZON SALES/ADVERTISING
• 2+ years of experience
• Create, manage, and adjust product listings and new listings
• Manage Amazon inventory and fulfillment
• Generate sales reports, analyze sales performance
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Team player with ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
QUALIFICATIONS;
