E-Commerce/Sales Associate
We are seeking an E-Com/Sales Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and also manage sales channels.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Process and follow up with customer orders
• Contact customers for additional sales inquiries
• Update all necessary information on all websites
• Minimum 1+ year experience preferred but not required
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Trade Show AssociateWe are looking for an outgoing and organized Trade Show Associate to for our U.S. trade shows
Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate trade shows throughout the U.S.
• Meet with buyers and build strong relationships to develop new accounts, and expand business with existing customers
• Follow up with customer and orders after show
Qualifications• Fluent in English
• Able to travel domestically
• Trade show, fashion, or sales experience preferred but not required
