E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST
- Minimum 3 years of experience required.
- Process and manage e-commerce orders.
- Create and upload product listings to online platforms.
- Familiarity with Faire, JOOR, NuOrder and Shopify.
- Experience with Photoshop or Canva.
- Prepare for and assist with photoshoots.
- Help improve product listings and conduct market research.
- Communicate with customers and respond to phone calls and emails.
- Must be fluent in English.
E-COMMERCE MARKETING
- Develop and manage online marketing and sales strategies, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and execute email and e-blast marketing campaigns.
- Optimize product keywords, search visibility, and online exposure.
- Analyze promotions, advertising performance, and online sales results to improve performance.
- Utilize AI tools for marketing content creation, campaign optimization, data analysis, and workflow efficiency.
- Fashion e-commerce experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.
IN-HOUSE / TRADE SHOW SALES MANAGER
- Minimum 3 years of experience in women’s apparel sales and trade show sales.
- Good knowledge of women’s fashion, current trends, and the wholesale apparel market.
- Find and open new wholesale accounts.
- Travel within the U.S. for trade shows and help with show setup, sales, and follow-up. Weekend travel is required.
- Present women’s apparel collections to buyers, introduce new styles, take orders, and bring in new accounts.
- Build and maintain good relationships with buyers, grow existing accounts, and develop new business.
- Manage and follow up on trade show and customer orders.
- Strong communication, people, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be fluent in English.
ASSISTANT DESIGNER
- 1–2 years of fashion-related work experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or similar experience in the field.
- Work closely with designers on day-to-day design tasks and product development.
- Prepare CADs, tech packs, colorways, and materials for presentations.
- Have a good eye for fashion and stay up to date with current trends.
- Comfortable using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.
