Job Details & Title: Freight Forwarding (Ocean/Air Import & Export Operations Coordinator) –
1+ Years of experience preferred (Full-Time position)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle import and export freight forwarding operations with a strong focus on accuracy and service. Manage all aspects of the shipping process - including bookings, tracking, data entry, billing, and communication with carriers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding operations preferred
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with a willingness to support colleagues
• Proficiency in MS Office and other suite applications
• Fluent in English (Bilingual in Korean is a plus)
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.
