Haitai Inc. is looking for qualified individuals for the following positions.
Location: CERRITOS, CA
1. Position: Purchasing Administration Staff
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, negotiable based on experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Check and input purchase and commercial invoices
• Calculate product costs
• Handle customs-related tasks
• Arrange trucking and transportation
• Prepare release lists for outside warehouses
• Process transfer order transactions
• Prepare weekly meeting documents
• Process monthly inventory transactions
• Prepare the division’s monthly income statement
• Calculate import volume
• Prepare annual inventory count reports
• Perform other general duties as assigned
2. Position: Purchasing Staff
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, negotiable based on experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning and placing purchase orders
• Assist in resolving pricing and invoice issues with suppliers/vendors in a timely manner
• Follow up on purchase orders and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Monitor inventory status and assist with inventory planning
• Collect data and conduct market research as necessary
• Assist with product development and new product sourcing
• Some domestic and overseas travel may be required
Requirements:
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
