WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS LEAD / WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR
► Job Description:
Silverstar Express, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead or Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth, accurate handling of shipments. This role is critical for maintaining operational efficiency, coordinating shipments, verifying documentation, and supporting both warehouse staff and customers.
► Key Responsibilities:
• Operating a forklift to load/unload cargo from containers and trailers safely and efficiently
• Verifying shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), delivery orders, and related shipping documents
• Communicating with customers via email and phone regarding shipment updates
• Assisting warehouse staff with inventory management and order preparation
• Maintaining organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
► Qualifications:
• 1-4 years of warehouse operations or logistics experience
• Forklift experience required
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
► Compensation:
• Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 (DOE)
