Associate Designer
• Research and forecast new trends relevant to the brand and market
• Create inspiration boards, color palettes, and seasonal style direction
• Develop sketches, CADs, and design details using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Participate in fittings and review fit, silhouette, balance, and overall wearability
• Prepare tech packs, fit comments, and other design related documents
• Work and communicate closely with sales, production, and overseas vendors
• Support sample development from concept through final sample
• Minimum 3 years of experience in women’s apparel design
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fit
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and efficient
• Strong communication skills and team player mindset
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator proficient
• Bilingual preferred (Korean/English)

Pay range: $65k – $95k annual salary (depending on experience/qualification)

Import Production Associate / Production Coordinator
• Manage the production process from purchase order through final shipment
• Communicate daily with overseas factories, vendors, and freight partners to ensure on-time production and delivery
• Track production schedules, WIP reports, and shipment timelines, and proactively resolve delays
• Review and approve PP samples, TOP samples, lab dips, trims, packaging, and production details
• Measure samples, verify specifications, and perform quality checks throughout the production process
• Prepare and maintain production documents including POs, spec sheets, care labels, packing instructions, and production comments
• Coordinate closely with design, sales, warehouse, and management teams to ensure smooth workflow and accurate execution
• Monitor costing, lead times, MOQ requirements, and vendor performance
• Support sourcing, sample development, and material coordination as needed
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in apparel import production or production coordination
• Strong understanding of garment construction, production workflow, and quality control
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems (or similar production software)
• Bilingual preferred (Korean/English)

Pay range: $55k – $75k annual salary (depending on experience/qualification)
