FASHION DESIGNER – WOMEN’S CONTEMPORARY (NON-DENIM)
Compensation: Starting at $85,000/year (Based on experience)
Our Contemporary Designer supports the non-denim division by managing CAD development, creating technical specifications, organizing design documentation, and maintaining clear vendor communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed CAD drawings, assembly specs, and technical designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Verify garment fit, functionality, and tech-spec alignment using precise CAD documentation.
Inspect samples, lab dips, trims, embroidery, and final artwork for quality assurance.
Communicate clear technical comments, measurement specs, and fit notes to production vendors.
Track product development timelines, monitor sample progress, and secure on-time delivery metrics.
Organize and maintain the design database, sample storage systems, and product spreadsheets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Fashion, Apparel, or Textile Design.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Solid understanding of garment construction, pattern specs, and technical fashion terminology.
Proactive problem-solver with strong vendor communication and import timeline experience.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Compensation: Starting at $65,000/year (Based on experience)
We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is passionate about fashion to develop innovative concepts and execute design deliverables from vision to final completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Explore and refine design concepts to elevate the overall quality of project assets.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the design department to develop and execute seasonal deliverables.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight production and release deadlines.
Partner with design teams to revise artwork and ensure structural cohesion across all visuals.
Provide general administrative and creative office support as needed by the design team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
2–3 years of relevant Graphic Design experience (apparel/fashion industry preferred).
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

IMPORT PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

The Import Production Coordinator coordinates manufacturing workflow, tracks vendor performance, optimizes pricing, and aligns cross-functional divisions to ensure high-quality and timely product deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor global market trends regarding fabrication, manufacturing innovations, and garment construction.
Develop and maintain the approved vendor matrix, analyzing cost structures and production capacities.
Negotiate product pricing to meet margin benchmarks; manage final purchase buys and track global shipments.
Partner with Merchandising, Sales, and Design to guarantee cohesive brand execution and optimal margins.
Coordinate quality assurance metrics (QA) and resolve technical manufacturing bugs with factories and mills.
Manage allocation planning, raw material commitments, and customs classification parameters.
Qualifications & Requirements:
2-3+ years of relevant experience in apparel production or supply chain management.
Strong foundation in garment manufacturing, fabrications, trim elements, and print techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, and Mac/PC operational workflows.
Exceptional multi-tasking, organizational, and team-oriented communication skills.
