IMPORT DESIGNER
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop innovative, trend-focused designs that align with our brand vision and customer base.
• Source and collaborate with fabric mills to select quality fabrics, prints, and materials.
• Create detailed sketches (by hand or digitally) and accurate tech packs for production.
• Oversee sample development from concept through final product.
• Participate in fittings to ensure design and quality standards are met.
• Stay organized and maintain consistency across all stages of design and development.
Qualifications
• Bilingual in Korean/English preferred
• Strong design aesthetic with the ability to interpret trends into wearable fashion.
• Skilled in sketching, CADs, and building tech packs.
• Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
• Experience with import production processes preferred.
ASSISTANT DESIGNER
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist head designer with concept development and design execution
• Create detailed sketches (by hand or digitally) and accurate tech packs for production.
• Support product development, branding, or marketing initiatives
• Participate in fittings to ensure design and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
• Bilingual in Korean/English preferred
• Skilled in sketching, CADs, and building tech packs.
• Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email on all sales platforms
• Resolve customer concerns and provide product or service information
• Process payments, refunds, and adjustments when necessary
• Assist with general administrative and office support tasks
