# OPEN POSITIONS
1. In-house Graphic Designer & Administrative Assistant (Urgent Hiring)
We are looking for a creative and organized individual to manage our brand’s visual identity and support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, design, and manage high-quality visual content for marketing materials, social media, websites, and product packaging.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
• Assist with inventory tracking and internal team coordination as needed.
Technical Requirements:
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is mandatory.
• Strong aesthetic eye and ability to deliver creative assets under deadlines.
2. Seminar Instructor & Sales Rep
Become the face of our premier brands. We offer guaranteed base pay for your instructional time, an industry-leading 20% commission structure for new contracts, and long-term recurring income with 100% corporate backing!
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct professional educational seminars, product training, and live demonstrations (skin regeneration, scalp care, and aesthetic devices).
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with B2B clients, including medical spas, dermatology clinics, and aesthetic salons.
• Convert seminar attendees into long-term loyal clients and drive brand growth.
Requirements:
• Excellent public speaking, presentation, and instructional skills.
• Prior experience in the beauty, skincare, or medical-aesthetic industry (Licensed Esthetician/Acupuncturist/Practitioner preferred but not required).
Compensation & Corporate Support:
• Guaranteed Lecture Pay: $50/hour or $200/session (Your instructional time is always guaranteed and compensated).
• Industry-Leading Incentive: Aggressive 20% commission on initial sales and contracts closed (Uncapped earning potential).
• Residual Income Opportunity: Additional recurring incentives for ongoing client reorders and account maintenance (To be discussed in detail during the interview).
• 100% Corporate Infrastructure: Corporate-funded seminar venues, high-end live demonstration samples, and targeted marketing lead generation are entirely provided and paid for by the headquarters.
# GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS (For All Positions)
• Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Korean (essential for client consulting, lecturing, and administration).
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Attitude: Positive, proactive, and a strong "can-do" mindset.
• Professionalism: High standards of ethics, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
