Position Overview
Edgemine is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Associate to join our Accounting team. This role involves a broad range of accounting responsibilities including Accounts Receivable, invoicing, payment reconciliation, retailer account support, and general accounting operations within the apparel wholesale industry.
The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of overall accounting processes and is comfortable handling AR-related functions while supporting day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and process invoices for wholesale, eCommerce, and trade show orders
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including payment verification and collections follow-up
• Resolve credit card payment discrepancies, chargebacks, and retailer deductions
• Communicate with retail partners regarding accounting and reconciliation matters
• Monitor open shipments, pending orders, and outstanding balances
• Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support documentation
• Support AP and other accounting functions as needed
• Assist with retailer compliance and vendor portal requirements
• Support internal reporting and accounting operations
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of overall accounting principles and processes
• Experience with U.S. accounting systems and retail reconciliation processes preferred
• Experience with AR, reconciliations, chargebacks, or retailer deductions preferred
• Experience in apparel wholesale or retail industry strongly preferred
• Experience with NetSuite ERP strongly preferred
• Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, USPS shipping systems is a plus
• Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics workflows is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work responsibly under pressure
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

자격 요건
