Looking for a multi-position:
Production Coordinator
Experience: 5+ years (company order experience required)
• Evaluate garment fit, drape, and construction; communicate corrections
• Measure garments against tech packs; ensure sizing accuracy
• Maintain fit notes, logs, and WIP reports
• Communicate with overseas vendors; issue approvals and corrections
• Manage sample flow (PP, TOP, shoot samples) and coordinate with marketing
• Collaborate with design, sales, and production teams to meet timelines
• Issue POs and review production swatches
• Prepare specs, sewing instructions, labels, trims, and packing details
• Manage vendor communication (costing, lead times, QC issues)
• Coordinate shipping, labeling, and on-time delivery
• Create packing lists for trims per PO
Designer
Experience: 5+ years
• Support sales team and develop styles across multiple accounts
• Conduct fit tests and manage specs
• Create sketches (hand and digital)
• Research trends and forecast new concepts
• Collaborate closely with sales and production teams
• Strong organization and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage and delegate tasks efficiently
• Bilingual preferred (Korean/English)
