Import Designer• Must have at least 2 years import design experience
• Must be able to use ADOBE Illustrator, Photoshop, and Hand Drawing
• Attend all fittings. Measure specs and prepare/organize rack before fitting
• Interface/communicate with production, pattern and sales Dept.
• Develop designs from conception through fit and production sample
Import Production
• support Import production process with designers
• must 2 years of experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Fit Spec & comment
• Prepare and organize bulk, trim approvals
• Knowledge of fabric, sewing, and garment construction
• WIP and Data Entry / Fit Comments / Tech Packs
• Intern applicants are also welcome.
E-Commerce /Online sales
• Manage and update E-Commerce platforms (Company Website, Fashion Go, Faire, etc.)
• Upload products, edit descriptions, pricing, and images
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate product information
• Organize digital files, product assets, and marketing materials
• Support promotional updates and online campaign preparation
• Basic understanding e-commerce systems preferred
•Team player with strong communication skills
• Entry level is okay!
COMPANY SALES
• Minimum 2 Years of apparel industry experience
(ex. Fashion NOVA, Windsor, Anthropologie, 12th Trive, Akira....)
• Attend & travel for Magic trade show
• Must be organized, multi-tasker and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Takes direction + adapts quickly to new procedures
• Ability to use + manage spreadsheets, documents, + lists in an efficient format
• Strong communication skills
• Build excellent client relationships + maintain great relationships with existing client base
