TRADESHOW SALES
Duties and Responsibilities
• Attend trade shows across the US (e.g., Las Vegas, Dallas, Nashville, New York).
• Assist with trade show setup and breakdown.
• Engage with buyers, process show orders, and provide post-show follow-up.
• Acquire new accounts and secure orders through email, meetings, and virtual calls.
• Grow business with existing accounts via ongoing communication and relationship management.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of wholesale apparel experience, including tradeshow participation.
• Experience attending and working at tradeshows (minimum 2 years).
• Knowledge of CICOM ERP is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Basecamp) required.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours during trade shows.
Pay: $70k and up (Depending on experience)
ASSOCIATE DESIGNER
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Research/forecast latest trends with brand image in mind
• Develop new styles under the guidance of senior designers and upper management
• Must be motivated and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $60k and up (Depending on experience)
ASSISTANT DESIGNER
• Fashion school graduate or equivalent experience required
• Support the design team in daily tasks
• Must be able to do flat sketches
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Must be highly organized and efficient
Pay: $19-22/hr (Depending on experience)
SAMPLE COORDINATOR
Qualifications
• 1–3 years experience in fashion industry preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable handling physical samples
• Proficient with basic computer systems (ERP experience a plus)
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all sample intake, including steaming, labeling, and updating information on ERP system
• Track sample movement, including buyer checkouts and returns, and coordinate outbound packages to factories and customers.
• Prepare and organize samples for trade shows, showroom appointments, and market.
• Maintain and organize seasonal sample archives, including fit and TOP samples.
• Manage and organize proto and bulk swatch libraries.
Pay: $19-22/hr (Depending on experience)
