E-Commerce Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms including FashionGo, Faire, and related wholesale marketplaces
• Upload and maintain accurate product listings, including descriptions, titles, pricing, and inventory
• Create clear, compelling, and accurate product descriptions aligned with brand standards
• Execute promotions and ensure timely updates across all platforms
• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with internal teams to prevent discrepancies
• Provide customer service support and assist with sales-related inquiries
• Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to optimize online sales
• Collaborate closely with sales, production, and management teams
Qualifications
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the apparel or wholesale industry

• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
