Import Production Manager
Responsibilities:
• Manage overseas vendors and factories (China, Vietnam, etc.) for production schedules, quality, and delivery.
• Handle sample approvals, fabric and trim coordination, and oversee production through shipment.
• Collaborate closely with sales and design teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Monitor and optimize production quality, cost, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in women’s apparel import production or related field.
• Strong understanding of garment production and delivery management.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player with leadership skills.
Salary: 90K~100K

Fashion Designer
Job Overview:
• Develop marketable and trend-forward designs for our wholesale women’s clothing lines.
• Stay abreast of emerging fashion trends and translate them into commercially viable collections.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure successful design execution and brand consistency.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in women’s fashion design with a strong portfolio.
• Knowledge of the U.S. women’s fashion market and consumer preferences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities:
• Create sketches, prototypes, and samples to illustrate design concepts.
• Partner with production to oversee manufacturing quality and timeline.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer demands.
Salary: 100K~
