MI LOGIX, Inc is seeking an individual that is detailed-oriented, organized, and hard working for position in the following Job
FREIGHT FORWARDING DEPT. - Import & 3PL Coordinator – Full Time (Experienced Preferred)
Responsibilities for Import & 3PL Coordinator
• Receive agent orders and bookings
• Data Entry, Document processing, and shipment handling
• Tracking & updating status of shipments as Daily Procedures
• Provide customer care services with on-time and real time tracking updates
• Customer satisfaction by understanding the operational procedures and to ensure customer requirements met.
• Profits and Losses checked and reported, ensure all A/P and A/R are managed
• Identify, report, consult and find resolutions for any issues
• Monitor all cargo and provide reports to direct manager
• Order break down, TMS Routing, Shipment Documents (BOL, Carton Label, Packing List, Pallet Label), Pick Ticket, etc.
Qualification:
• Preferred Over 2years in Freight Forwarding Fields
• Preferred Bilingual in Korean and English (Verbal & Written)
• Well-organized, Detail oriented, Ability to multitask and Responsible
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Legally eligible to work in U.S.
