Position:
▶ Global Logistics & Customer Support Coordinator (Full-Time / Part-Time, Office Position)
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with international clients and partners via email and phone
• Prepare and manage import/export documents (Invoices, B/Ls, etc.)
• Coordinate shipping schedules and work with freight forwarders
• Process orders, check inventory, and manage shipping instructions
• General administrative and customer support tasks
Qualifications:
• Proficient in both English and Korean (verbal & written preferred)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Prior experience in logistics, trading, or customer service is a plus
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized
Work Details:
• Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (negotiable)
• Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM (including lunch break)
• Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
• Salary: $50,000 ~$70,000 (Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
