Open Positions
Import Fashion Designer
• Starting Salary: $80,000+ (Based on experience)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in wholesale import design
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, garment construction, and production processes
• Research and develop seasonal concepts, color stories, and trend directions
• Create flat sketches and detailed tech packs for development
• Source fabrics and trims, manage sample development
• Collaborate with production and merchandising teams
• Attend fittings and oversee revisions to maintain design integrity
• AA or BA degree in Fashion Design or equivalent experience
Designer Assistant (Entry Level)
• Starting Salary: $50,000+ (Based on experience)
• Assist in researching trends, fabrics, trims, and colors
• Help create flat sketches and assist in developing tech packs
• Organize samples, swatches, and trim libraries
• Communicate with vendors and support sample tracking
• Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and fittings
• Strong sketching skills and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• 1–2 years of experience or relevant internship (wholesale experience is a plus)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a good team player
Import Production Manager
• Starting Salary: $70,000+ (Based on experience)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in wholesale import production
• Knowledge of garment specs and construction
• Create and manage tech packs and fit comments
• Proficient in ERP system data entry and PO follow-up
• Communicate with overseas vendors and ensure timely production
• Oversee full production cycle from development to delivery
Production Assistant (Entry Level)
• Starting Pay: $20/hour+ (Based on experience)
• Issue and follow up on purchase orders
• Communicate with vendors and track orders
• Assist production manager with daily tasks
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
General Requirements
Bilingual in Korean preferred
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Working Conditions
Work Hours: Monday – Friday / 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications
