A growing trucking company is seeking for highly self-motivated and energetic experienced individuals to join our company.
OPERATIONS MANAGER (Drayage Trucking Operation)
Requires a min. 5-7 yrs. drayage trucking or other trucking/logistics industry experience
Provides support for utilizing trucking solutions to optimize transport procedures
Manage the day-to-day drayage operations to ensure all the requirements and timelines are met
Overview of the plans and tracks the delivery of containers according to customer’s request
Communicate with customers, dispatchers to complete transportation jobs and mutual satisfaction
Develop a new business and expand existing business volume to increase profitability
Assessing and analyzing the division’s performance to optimize profitability
Identify potential problems and find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue
Prepare the periodic Sales & Operational Reports for the Senior Managements
Coordinate and support various projects and tasks involving operation management
Good understanding with legal and regulatory process to ensure company compliance
Outstanding management skills with a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to work with the deadlines and a high-pressure environment
* Salary Range $80K-90K per yr, depends on previous experience/negotiable.
