E-Comm  CUSTOMER SERVICE 

• Able to multitask

• Ecomm & Trade show order processing, tracking, and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling customer orders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner via emails and phone calls

• Previous experience in customer service management or a similar role in the apparel industry

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.

• Pay Rate: $21 ~ $25 / hour
