[ Fit Technician ]
< Responsibilities >
• Conduct fittings on live models and dress forms to evaluate fit, proportion, and construction.
• Collaborate with patternmakers and design teams to refine garment specifications.
• Provide detailed fit comments, measurement corrections, and construction notes to vendors.
• Review and approve pre-production and production samples for adherence to size charts and brand standards.
• Update tech packs, measurement charts, and maintain fit consistency across styles and sizes.
• Troubleshoot fit-related issues and propose effective solutions.
< Qualifications >
• 5+ years of experience as a Fit Technician, Technical Designer, or related role in the apparel industry.
• Strong knowledge of pattern making and garment construction.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools and interpreting tech packs/spec sheets.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality and consistency.
Salary : $52,000 ~ $70,000
[ Trade Show & Sales Coordinator (Entry-Level) ]
< Responsibilities >
• Prepare and execute trade shows: booth setup/tear-down, sample packing, merchandising, checklists
• Schedule buyer appointments; greet visitors and present line sheets & key styles
• Capture leads, take orders, and support at-show/after-show follow-ups (email, phone, CRM)
• Maintain sample inventory, tags, and shipping logs with high attention to detail
• Coordinate domestic travel logistics and show calendars; file expense reports
• Support in-showroom selling during market weeks; handle basic customer service tasks
< Qualifications >
• 0–1 years in wholesale, retail, events, or sales support (internships welcome)
• Hungry to learn and highly proactive about sales and outreach
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to buyers
• Able to travel (including occasional weekends/evenings during shows)
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel; CRM experience is a plus
Salary : $50,000 ~ $65,000
[ Show Coordinator — No Travel ]
Role Summary
We are hiring a Show Coordinator with 0-2 years of experience to prepare and run showroom shows/market weeks without travel.
This role focuses on sample management, meticulous organization, and pre-show readiness, supporting sales to deliver a seamless buyer experience.
[ Responsibilities ]
• Plan and execute showroom show prep: checklists, timelines, vendor coordination, appointment calendars
• Own sample management: receiving, tagging/labeling, steaming, repairs, barcoding, storage, cycle counts
• Merchandise display and look builds; maintain size runs and presentation standards
• Prepare line sheets, price lists, and rack orders; print collateral & signage
• Maintain sample logs, pulls/returns, shipping/receiving records, and damage reports
• Coordinate with design/production on sample status and replacements; track hold/loan items
< Qualifications >
• 1–2 years in showroom, wholesale, retail operations, or event coordination (fashion preferred)
• Proven sample/inventory handling accuracy and organization
Salary : $45,000 ~ $56,000
