Position: Pre-Production / Production Support - Office Staff
< Responsibilities >
[ Pre-production Coordinator ]
** Minimum of 2+ years of experience in women’s apparel import production **
• Communicate with vendors regarding customer orders
• Oversee production process from development to delivery
• Manage timelines and follow up to ensure on-time shipment
• Notify internal teams of new arrivals and update system records
• Act as a liaison between sales and production teams
• Inspect garment quality (stitching, seams, trims, finishes)
• Understand garment construction and specifications
• Proficiency with MS Office/Excel and basic computer skills
** Salary: Starting from $60,000 - (negotiable based on experience)
[ Pre-production Support Intern or Entry-Level ]
• Follow up on product samples
• Assist with product quality check (QC) and manage incoming/outgoing goods
• Input product data and upload to system
• Provide general production and office support
• Proficiency with MS Office/Excel and basic computer skills
** Salary: Starting from $46,000 - (negotiable based on experience)
** Note: We welcome applicants with little or no apparel industry experience for the Entry-Level position.
