About BABY PINK
BABY PINK is a fast-growing, trend-forward fashion brand located in the heart of the Los Angeles Fashion District. Known for our playful aesthetic, quality craftsmanship, and fast turnaround, we work closely with international suppliers to bring fresh styles to market. We’re seeking a sharp and experienced Import Production Manager to help us scale our production while maintaining our commitment to quality and timeliness.
What You'll Do
• Oversee the full lifecycle of import production—from order placement to final delivery.
• Coordinate daily with overseas suppliers and manufacturers to ensure on-time production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production or logistics delays.
• Monitor quality control standards and vendor compliance.
• Ensure all required documentation (packing lists, commercial invoices, etc.) is accurate and complete.
• Collaborate with design, development, and warehouse teams to align delivery timelines with launch dates.
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 10 years of experience in import production
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production tracking software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially when working with overseas vendors.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be able to write and speak in English and Korean
