MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supports credit lending decisions by analyzing SBA loan request, underwriting, structuring, and the closing of SBA loans
• Ensures all information is accurate and complete. All guidelines, policies and procedures, and regulation are to be followed
• Creates financial spreadsheets and analyze, structure, and underwrite loans
• Develops cash flow from tax returns
• Originates loans from application to closing and work closely with Escrow, Title and all parties involved

2. SBA Closing Officer (Garden Grove, Anaheim)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepares and review SBA loan closing documents
• Work closely with Escrow, Title, and all parties, addressing concerns and ensuring all loan conditions are satisfied
• Receives, sorts, and proofs accounting documents, posts totals to ledger account, performs calculations, reviews internal records, reconciles accounts, and performs related duties which may include accounts payable, certifications, and fixed asset accounting
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SBA loan processing
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year University
The salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $75,000.

3. Treasury Management Services Officer (Los Angeles)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implements and provide support with all Treasury Management product offerings which includes account analysis, online banking, mobile banking, mobile deposit, ACH Origination, Online Wires, RDC, Positive Pay, and Bill Pay.
• Determines Online Banking and Treasury Management needs with customers, explains various offerings, and reviews incoming applications for completeness.
• Resolves client concerns and routes escalations with vendor resources or management.
• Provides installation, training, and support to customers onsite or remotely.
• Assists with RDC/ACH risk assessments, client annual self-assessments and reviews.
• Performs training presentations for employees, clients, and prospective customers.

4. Operations Administration Specialist (Los Angeles)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures the operations integrity of assigned function and adherence to Bank policies
• and procedures
• Process incoming, outgoing, and foreign currency wire transfer instructions
• Provide branch operations support relating to wire inquiries
• Handle wire related messages inquiring investigations
• Report suspicious or unusual activities to direct supervisor or manager for review
• Orders cash and coin for the branch
• Processes CD interest checks and mails to customers
• Processes garnishments, levies, and subpoenas
• Perform timely and accurate check clearing adjustments with FRB
• Processes Regulation E disputes
• Balance ATM transactions
• Resolves non-posted transactions
• Assists in research and reconciliation of correspondent bank and FRB accounts to the general ledger

4. Accounting Manager (Garden Grove)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
• Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Bank’s general accounting system and financial information reporting
• Assist Controller in overseeing the accounting operations of the Bank, especially its control systems, transaction-processing operations
• Ensure that correspondent bank reconciliations are completed, and outstanding items are cleared in a timely fashion
• Maintain the chart of accounts
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
• Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions
• Assist in the issuance of timely and complete financial statements
• Assist in the preparation of the corporate annual report
• Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of Bank operations
• Assist in the calculation and issuance of financial and operating metrics
• Assist in the creation of the annual budget and forecasts
• Provide financial analyses as needed, for capital investments, pricing decisions and contract negotiations
• Assist in the coordination of the provision of information to external and internal auditors for their periodic reviews
• Assist in the coordination of the provision of information to the regulators of the Bank during their examination
• Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in accounting or business administration plus additional financial, lending, compliance, and audit-related training, or equivalent business experience
• Minimum eight (8) years of progressively responsible accounting experience with at least four years’ experience in bank accounting and regulatory reporting
• Ability to solve complex problems and make sound financial decisions
• Must be detail oriented, as well as able to change quickly from one task to another
• Strong organizational, time management, negotiation and communication skills
• Must be able to meet deadlines

5. Treasurer (Los Angeles or Garden Grove)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Measurement of the company’s interest rate risk position, including net interest income (NII) and net economic value (NEV) sensitivity, and recommend strategies to manage the position within the Bank’s policies and regulatory guidelines
• Responsible for the investment portfolio, cash management, budgeting, financial reporting, analytics, and ad hoc analysis
• Preparation of the quarterly ALCO (Asset & Liability Committee) meeting report
• Work with and assist the CFO and Controller with the following budget and reporting tasks:
o Development, maintenance, and enhancement efforts for the bank’s budget and forecast processes and financial models
o Utilize and incorporate financial technology products and systems into the annual budget process and the rolling forecast process
o Monitor and track the balance sheet, revenues, operating costs, capital expenditures against budget and provide meaningful insights to senior management with variance analyses
o Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and ad hoc analysis for executive management & Board of Directors and other stakeholders (Federal Reserve, FDIC, Investors, etc.)
o Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather data and develop actionable insights to drive decision-making
• Provide financial analyses as needed for capital investments, pricing decisions and contract negotiations
• Maintain a documented system of policies, controls and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in accounting or business administration plus additional financial, lending, compliance, and audit related training, or equivalent business experience
• Minimum ten (10) years of progressively responsible accounting and finance experience with at least five years in fixed income, Treasury, IRR or ALM function or related area performing quantitative financial analysis—preferably within a bank or similar institution
• CTP is a plus
• Knowledge of investments, fixed income, economics, financial markets, bank products, asset and liability management, and reporting.
• Knowledge of standard financial concepts including present value analysis, financial modeling, Funds Transfer Pricing, and capital markets instruments.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidance on interest rate risk management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, critical thinking, investigative problem-solving and decision-making talents.
• Ability to coordinate, manage, and direct others.
• Well organized and able to execute responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and bring tasks to complete closure.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
The salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 - $175,000.
